    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences (NQF Level 7); Post-graduate qualification in law will be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field, with at least 3 years in a research and training environment.

    Key Duties:

    • Conduct research and impact assessments on judicial education programs.
    • Develop, review, and quality assure SAJEI training materials.
    • Monitor amendments in legislation and provide updates on judicial education programs.

    2. Assistant Director: Employee Relations (Ref No: 2025/124/OCJ)

    Salary: R468,459 – R551,823 per annum (Level 09)
    Location: National Office, Midrand

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 and a National Diploma in Labour Relations, Human Resource Management, or Law.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Labour Relations environment.
    • Knowledge of relevant human resource and labour relations legislation.

    Key Duties:

    • Handle misconduct cases and manage grievances.
    • Represent the department in external dispute resolution forums.
    • Implement labour relations policies and provide advice to staff.

    Salary: R468,459 – R551,823 per annum (Level 09)
    Location: National Office, Midrand

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 and a 3-year qualification in Social Work or Psychology (NQF Level 6).
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Employee Health and Wellness.
    • Registered with the relevant statutory body (SACSSP/HPCSA).

    Key Duties:

    • Coordinate health and wellness programs within the OCJ.
    • Provide employee assistance and counseling services.
    • Develop and review Employee Health and Wellness policies and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

    Salary: R325,101 – R382,959 per annum (Level 07)
    Location: Constitutional Court, Braamfontein

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12, with at least 1 year’s experience in a secretarial or office assistant role in a legal environment.
    • Proficiency in English and excellent typing skills.
    • LLB degree or a minimum of 20 modules towards an LLB will be an advantage.

    Key Duties:

    • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Judge.
    • Type judgments, orders, and other legal documents.
    • Manage court appointments, travel arrangements, and case files.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 certificate.
    • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in a related field will be an advantage.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as computer literacy.

    • Provide general clerical support for SAJEI.
    • Assist with stationery usage, filing, and correspondence tracking.
