IPID Graduate Internship Programme 2025

The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has announced its Graduate Internship Programme (2025–2027), offering unemployed South African university graduates a chance to gain valuable work experience. The internships run for 24 months, with a stipend of R94 326 per annume (2).

IPID is committed to employment equity and affirmative action, ensuring fair representation across race, gender, and disability.

Graduate Internship Programme Details

  • Closing Date: 19 September 2025
  • Duration: 24 months
  • Stipend: R94 326 per annum
  • Eligibility: South African graduates who have not yet participated in a similar programmee (2).

Applicants must submit the new Z83 form and a detailed CV. Supporting documents such as copies of qualifications will only be required from shortlisted candidates.

Application Guidelines

  • Use the new Z83 application form (download at www.gov.za/documents).
  • Ensure the form is fully completed, signed, and initialled.
  • Attach a recent, detailed CV.
  • Quote the correct reference number on your application.
  • Provide an affidavit confirming that you have not previously participated in a similar programme.
  • Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.

Applicants should note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. If no feedback is received within three weeks of the closing date, the application should be regarded as unsuccessful.
