Between February and May 2025, the number of parcels collected from Pick n Pay locations doubled, with over 14,000 parcels collected monthly. More than 45,000 customers have already used this service, showcasing a growing preference for the added convenience of collecting online orders while doing their everyday shopping.

Currently, Takealot operates 30 Pickup Points across the country. By the end of 2025, it plans to increase this number to 36.
